For shared use: pond. Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with meadow. In the house: storage room for skis. 1.5 km long motor access (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, bus stop "Sturmbach" 500 m, railway station "Uttendorf" 4.2 km, bathing lake "Uttendorf" 6 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 18 km, gondola lift 18 km, ski bus stop 6 km, cross country ski track 6 km, fishing possibilities 500 m. Please note: On the estate animal husbandry. Fishing [permit required], on request. The owner who keeps cows on the property comes by daily to milk them. Fishing pond about 500m. €5 per fish caught.

Entspannung und Natur pur

Wer die Ruhe mitten in der Natur sucht, den Stress von Alltag einfach fallen lassen und keine Nachbarn haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Diese bezaubernde Almhütte ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichet und was nicht da ist, braucht man auch nicht wirklich. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch.

Sehr schöner Ort

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist ein fantastischer schöner Ort, wunderbar ruhig in den Bergen. Das Haus ist wunderschön österreich dekoriert, was uns so schön mag. Und die Aussicht ist fantastisch! Der freundliche Besitzer ist immer bereit, wenn Sie Fragen haben. Wir freuen uns, zurück zu kommen !!

Eine wunderschöne Hütte, Erholung pur!

Ein wunderschöne Hütte in toller Lage, fantastischem Ausblick und Ruhe. Die liebvoll eingerichtete Hütte bietet alles was man braucht zum Erholen..... außer Luxus! Die Gastgeber sind sehr kommunikativ und haben auch ein offenes Ohr für kleine "Sonderwünsche" Vielen Dank, für eine wunderbare Woche!

Alles perfekt!

Wer die Ruhe sucht, sich in einer urgemütlichen Hütte wohlfühlt, in der alles notwendige vorhanden ist und auf unnötigen Schnickschnack verzichten möchte, umgeben von der Natur ist und Wert auf eine wunderschöne Aussicht legt, kein Problem damit hat dass die "Nachbarn" Kühe sind und die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit sind und ein großes Herz haben, wem das alles genauso gut gefällt wie uns, ist hier genau richtig. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub!

Mooie Hutte

Was für ein wunderschöner Ort das ist! Der Blick auf die Natur ist wahrlich Österreich. Das Haus ist fantastisch und sauber. wunderschön dekoriert und sehr österreichisch. Auch das Besitzerehepaar ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Und schöne Ausflüge gemacht. Wir haben es hier genossen. Und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wieder einmal eine schöne Woche mit der hoch überm Tal gelegenen Hütte. Wer dort hinmöchte, braucht Schneeketten und ein Händchen als Feuermacher: ein Ofen heizt alle Räume. Immer wieder schön ist der Wohlfühlfaktor der Hütte. Kein Chalet-Schick, sondern unaufdringlicher Geschmack. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Hütte ist wundervoll und die Hüttenbesitzer (Familie S.) immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Die Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung sind für uns noch nicht erschöpft. Viele Grüße von Familie F. aus H.
