This property has been renovated to a very high standard. Its standout feature is a large living room and bedroom with an unobstructed view through the dining area onto the balcony. Merzhausen is a perfect, peaceful place to relax. Shops in Usingen and Neu-Anspach are just a 5-minute drive away, as are the train stations for Frankfurt. The forest, perfect for walks, is right outside the door, as is a small lake. The garden is private. However, there is a balcony where you can enjoy the sunrise and a magnificent view! A playground, soccer field, and beautiful nearby towns are all within walking distance. It’s a 3-minute drive to the golf course, 36 minutes to the Frankfurt Trade Fair, and 34 minutes to the airport. We also have a property that accommodates more guests. See the “West Wing” listing. An extra room can also be booked upon request.
