They’re amazing hospitality. The hotel is very clean. The staff are amazingly friendly and very hospitable and the room is incredibly clean and warm because it’s cold here in winter. The hotel is a story on its own beautiful hotel beautiful people.

Hidden gem in Cappadocia, a mandatory visit!

Gorgeous hotel with high level of service. Perfect for special occasion such as honeymoond or anniversary. The location is magnificent and the restaurant superb. Will definitely come back! Thank you to all the lovely staff, from the people in the front office to the restaurant, the man that take care of the bags and the car and last but not least the Turkish lady at the spa.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are great. The food at the restaurant is good. Unfortunately, outside of the front desk, the staff hardly speaks any English. This makes it complicated to get what you want at the restaurant (the restaurant manager is besides rather unpleasant).

The small town it's located in is great, the views from your room are nice. However we had black mould in our shower and our window blind was broken, we told the staff and they cleaned the shower a little better but they didn't get it all and they didn't fix the blind at all. The restaurant is very bland but cheap. All in all it's an ok place to stay if it's on special.
