I’ve got a very serious burn injury during my stay at this hotel while using the private hot spring facility provided. And unfortunately none of the staff appeared to understand English well enough to handle the situation.

A hotel with a very poor experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and my experience was quite disappointing. Although the room was decent and the private hot spring acceptable, several issues overshadowed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with only plain rice and a few side dishes that lacked flavor. A particularly alarming incident occurred on April 1st at 2:00 PM when a staff member attempted to enter our room without knocking. Thankfully, we had locked the security latch, but it raises serious concerns about privacy. The hotel claims that rooms are not cleaned for stays of less than three days, so this behavior is unacceptable. There was no apology afterward. Furthermore, the hotel doesn't have a proper front desk; the entrance is shared with a coffee shop, and the staff's poor English made communication frustrating. Given these experiences, we will not be returning. The lack of customer service and respect for privacy was disappointing, and I question the safety of our belongings.

嬉野温泉全体をみると、高級旅館か大きなホテルかシブい旅館となるが、ここはオシャレカジュアル志向。女性1人でも安心して宿泊できます。週末料金がもう少し抑えられると良いのだけど。温泉の泉質は最高で、ヌメヌメした泉質は言わずもがな、長年上がらなかった五十肩が良くなったのには驚いた。
