Excellent

The location is great, staffs are friendly, and breakfast is above expectation as well. They don't have any gym/swimming pool on site but have an agreement with a local facility so the guests can use it, which is exceptional too.

This property does not have 24-hour reception, and there is a while protocol for what do to if you arrive when staff are off - we never received that, possibly bc we booked via hotels.com versus the property directly. Arrival was this alarming and confusing, and though we eventually reached staff by phone, they did not provide terribly clear guidance for getting our key out of a lockbox. The room was really small but sufficient. The breakfast included was quite nice, and the hotel is in a good location.

Three-bed room was very nice! But what is with the miniature sink? Impossible not to get the floor wet. Plenty of parking on the street on this the third day of Christmas. Breakfast was fine, We would have wished for more fruit and choices of yougurt.

Location is excellent, but service was insufficient compared to the price. Check-in starts 15 o'clock, but until 16:30 room cleaning was going. Breakfast has enough variety. Bed was small and too soft for me. No shampoo and conditioner in the room, you should bring them by yourself.

Excellent location to city centre. Single room was very small with minimal storage facilities and not cleaned once during a 5 day stay. Breakfast was very much a do it yourself, no staff in attendance. Scrambled eggs overcooked and dry, bacon more like crisps. No plug in the hand basin making it impossible to wash in it. Perhaps the room was suitable for an overnight stay but certainly not for a 5 night stay.

En tråkig överraskning var att rummet inte städades om man inte bett om det. Detta arrangemang påstås vara av miljövänliga skäl, det är ett ”green hotel”, men jag misstänker att det snarare handlar om att dra ned på kostnader. På vilket sätt påverkar det miljön negativt att sängen bäddas och papperskorgen töms? Att man måste beställa städning framkom inte alls vid bokningen, och inte heller vid kontakt med hotellet. Om man ska införa en sådan nyhet så måste man informera mycket tydligt om det! Eftersom personalen var så trevlig, frukosten bra och läget toppen kan jag ändå rekommendera detta hotell. Undvik dock att få ett rum med fönster åt söder varma dagar. Det blir alldeles för varmt.
