A 3-night stay in Uppsala

I was amazed how quiet it was here as the hotel is next to the railway and bus stations. Nothing disturbed sleeping :) The breakfast was very good, I just wish I hadn't been so much in a hurry in the mornings so I could have enjoyed it better.

Check in process does not work. Our flight was delayed so we ended up arriving after 12am. We were unable to get in to the property to check in. This was in spite of calling the number on the door 7 times and trying to message the chat service. We were left on the street for a significant time. Had it not been for some other guests returning with a key, we would likely have been locked out all night.

Absolutely wonderful buffet breakfast every morning, loads of delicious options, fresh fruit, breads, delicious blackberry jam, excellent coffee. Next door is a supermarket with an excellent salD bar and hot food. Only issue we had was with the mattress on the bed, it was like a bedroll and only about 2 inches thick. Also no fridge in the room.
