cancelled at the last minute

My reservation was cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive. Needless to say I wasn't happy. And it sounded like a fake reason - be careful if you book here.

Communication with the host was awful. Just a couple of examples; 18 hours to respond when communicating about check in. The refrigerator was not cooling and beeping every 60 seconds and all night long. We reached out to the host and his response was “that’s strange”. His repair was to message 2 days later “is it still beeping”. This was after we were told by Vrbo that he was sending someone to fix it. Needless to say it was never fixed.

False advertising

While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money
