Ruhig und zentrumsnah gelegene Ferienwohnung mit kurzen Einkaufswegen zu Bäcker und Lebensmittelgeschäft "um die Ecke". Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen zu bewirtschafteten Almhütten und ausgedehnten Rad- bzw. Mountainbiketouren. Auf Anfrage vermieten wir Gästen unsere Segeljolle am Chiemsee. Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere können wir leider nicht aufnehmen!  
Neu renovierte und äußerst liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung für 1 bis 4 Personen: Große, vollausgestattete offene Wohnküche (Ceranfeld, Spülmaschine, Espressomaschine u.v.m.), 2 Schlafzimmer mit komfortablen Doppelbett und Sitzecke, Bad/WC mit Fußbodenheizung, WLAN, Flat Screen Kabel-TV. Alle Räume sind mit hochwertigem Echtholzparkett ausgestattet. Möblierter und überdachter Süd-/Westbalkon mit herrlichem Bergblick und eigenem Gartenbereich (Grillmöglichkeit) - ein idealer Platz zum Entspannen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Der Gästeparkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Abschließbarer Fahrradschuppen und Skikeller vorhanden. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere können wir leider nicht aufnehmen.

Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Seele baumeln lassen

Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Lieblingsort - der Name ist Programm. Ein wundervoller Blick, einladender Balkon und Garten, gemütliche Betten.... Den ein oder anderen Tipp für die Aktivitäten kann man aus der gut ausgewählten Lektüre die vor Ort verfügbar ist entnehmenn. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm.

Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unkompliziert Die Lage zwischen Berge und See ,top. Kurze Wege zum Einkauf ,Rad und Wanderwege liegen quasi vor der Tür. Eine saubere ,komplett ausgestattete Wohnung mit viel Platz und Balkon mit Bergblick. Super freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Darum Lieblingsort passt !!!
