The nearby Wössner swimming lake with its restaurant, as well as the many nearby destinations (Traunstein, Rosenheim, Salzburg, Kufstein, Kitzbühel, Munich, Chiemsee), promise relaxation and variety.
In the basement, you’ll also find practical amenities such as a washing machine (for a fee), a beverage vending machine, and even a sauna (for a fee)—perfect for a relaxing retreat after an active day.

Welcome to our charming vacation rental in the heart of Bavaria, which offers the perfect blend of modern, clean design and Bavarian coziness. With 57 square meters of living space, you’ll find a welcoming home for up to 4 people and plenty of room to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The apartment has two rooms: a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a living room with a sleeper sofa that provides additional sleeping space. The seating area in the living room’s bright bay window invites you to relax and unwind. You can prepare your meals in the separate, fully equipped kitchen, which, despite its size, leaves nothing to be desired. Of particular note is the large, wraparound balcony, which offers you a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain landscape. Thanks to the roof, it provides space for relaxing outdoors almost all year round.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Unterwössen in the Achental Valley.
Everyday amenities such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, a beverage store, a bakery, a café, restaurants, and banks are all within a few minutes’ walk.
In the summer, there are plenty of activities to enjoy: hiking and biking/mountain biking tours right from your doorstep, cooling off in Lake Wössner and the Wössner Stream, water sports on Lake Chiemsee, and day trips to Traunstein, Rosenheim, Salzburg, or Munich.
In winter, winter sports and snow enthusiasts will find plenty to enjoy: leisurely skiing and sledding at the natural-snow ski area on Balsberg in Unterwössen or at the Steinrücken lift in the Schleching district of Ettenhausen. Many kilometers of slopes await ski and snowboard enthusiasts in the Hochkössen and Winklmoosalm-Steinplatte ski areas. Those who want to enjoy nature will find peace and fulfillment on perfectly groomed cross-country trails, on ski tours, and while winter hiking.
