The property is accessible by train at 3 km and bus at 400 meters. Mobile phone reception varies by network but is available on the property grounds. Wood for heating is included, while electric heating is available for an extra fee. Shopping is available in Unterkirnach at 2 km and St. Georgen at 3 km. The area offers excellent hiking and cycling opportunities. Camping on the grounds is possible by arrangement.
