This 3 BR 2 1/2 Bath House is beautiful inside and out!! It's the perfect getaway for the whole family or a group of friends! This property has over an acre of land and 150 Feet of private waterfront. A glassed-in sunroom overlooking Lake Winnecook allows you to enjoy stunning sunsets year-round. New metal dock purchased in 2024. Dock will be in place July 1st (depending on lake’s water level) and taken out at the end of September each year. ***The floating trampoline is NOT ours. Belongs to our neighbor. Do NOT use it unless given permission from the neighbor who owns it. ***
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Put all used towels on the kitchen floor.
