The worst hotel I’ve been to by far roaches crawling out the sink out the tub drain bad smell as soon as your enter the room very very poor customer service poor room service I would giv ethos place 0 stars if I could wouldn’t recommend to anyone stay away

Terrible roaches, doors don’t have locks, my baby went all weekend without access to a television due to the WiFi not connecting, my elderly mother had to climb 4 flights of stairs because the elevator was out. Worse motel EVER and I travel a lot!

Check-in was the first red flag. We arrived at the property and no one was at th front desk. We entered into one set of doors and waited five minutes and then had to call the hotel and let the front desk worker know we were trying to check in. Then we entered into another set of doors. We checked in and then had to wait an additional five minutes until th room was cleaned. Once we got into the room, the television wasn’t working and there are no phones in the rooms. I had to call from my cellphone again. The beds are extremely hard (husband and I both had back issues). Husband was killing roaches all night the first night so the second night we slept with the lights on. We even checked out early because no sleep was happening. Lastly, the first night we decided to get snacks from downstairs and was charged $4 for a bottle of water that we purchase from Sam’s (18 bottles for $10). Never again.
