Andy Was Great!! Made sure everything was up to par and made sure it was a smooth stay … 10/10 staff member. 10/10 hotel . I stayed in room 410 it was amazing and very clean, housekeeping made sure to check in during my stay to make sure everything was changed out for my next day !! Will be back again

The hotel needs to be upgraded and cleaned. More staff. Things were falling apart. Broken doors, leaking toilet water on the floor, holes in the walls and dirty carpets.

The hotel offered free breakfast, which was a nice perk. Although my first room was a little dirty and I had to switch rooms, the customer service made up for the inconvenience. The front desk staff was incredibly friendly, and the younger housekeeper was especially kind and helpful. The team was very accommodating whenever I needed assistance, and I truly appreciated their efforts to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

0/10 would not recommend! Dirty sheets, staff don’t clean the bathrooms, tv didn’t work for 3 days, holes in the wall, trash always left in the hallways by house keeping, pool looked cloudy!!! I could go on and on.
