Probably one of the best overall experiences I have had in a long time. Friendly staff, great communication with the host, extremely clean villa, and in a great location to go to Melasti Beach or the beach clubs. I recommend Palmilla. Great for couples and families. We will be returning.

I arrived at 3AM due to flight delays, and the staff was still able to help me check in! Unfortunately upon arrival there was no water in my villa, but the team came early next morning to fix this. The water was leaking after but the team came quickly again the next day to fix it. Lia is super helpful and communicative, the villa is super pretty and very self sufficient (kitchen, laundry, water filter, Netflix and stuff etc, nice pool with half day of sun up till noon, very private) I stayed as a solo travel and enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Very private and felt safe as security is 24/7. Only feedback I have is during my stay it was super windy, and all the sliding doors and structure of the building seem to groan and creak… it’s a bit scary when I’m staying alone 😂 I keep thinking someone was coming up the stairs haha.

Notre sejour s'est très bien passé, la villa était charmante, propre et bien équipée. L'hôte et le staff réagissent au moindre soucis et sont très réactifs et professionnels. Excellente literie, connexion internet, cuisine. Et en prime vous avez la visite des singes (sur les murs extérieurs) ...
