A Atendente que me recepcionou era de uma simpatia e prestatividade única! Demais funcionários também muito educados! Café da manhã delicioso e com muitas variedades. Acomodações também muito boas e estacionamento grátis é um super diferencial. Voltarei em breve.

Quarto limpo porem não tinha lixeira extra no quarto, banheiro muito antigo,pouca iluminação na frente do guarda roupa, cama ótima e tv tbm, café da manhã com poucas opções, funcionários dedicados, porém o hotel está em obra, então vale um desconto! Localização ótima tudo pertinho

Ar-condicionado: Os aparelhos são antigos e parecem travados em uma faixa de temperatura, não refrigerando adequadamente. Tivemos que trocar de quarto na tentativa de encontrar um com melhor funcionamento. Colchões: Os colchões de espuma estão muito desgastados no centro, formando uma concavidade onde o corpo afunda. Isso ocorreu nos dois quartos que ocupamos. Banheiro: Espelhos enferrujados nos dois quartos. Propaganda: As fotos do hotel nos sites de reserva não condizem com a realidade e podem enganar os hóspedes. Ressalto que o atendimento do funcionário foi excelente. O problema está na estrutura deficiente do próprio hotel. Versão 2: Mais direta e natural Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado são antigos e parecem travados numa mesma faixa de temperatura. Não gelam direito. Tivemos que mudar de quarto para tentar encontrar um melhor, mas não adiantou. O atendimento do funcionário foi excelente — o problema é realmente do hotel. Os colchões de espuma estão muito gastos no centro, formando uma "vala" onde o corpo afunda. Aconteceu nos dois quartos. Os espelhos dos banheiros também estavam enferrujados nos dois quartos. As fotos bonitas do hotel nos sites de publicidade não mostram a realidade.

Quarto limpo. Equipe de funcionários muito bem preparada para o atendimento. O quarto tem poucas tomadas. Dificultando para uso de secador de cabelos e para carregar os celulares. No último dia parte da família veio tomar o café da manhã no hotel. Aceitaram na recepção, mas a equipe da cozinha não estava preparada para oferecer o café da manhã para mais pessoas. Seria interessante colocar um aviso em área visível do hotel orientando para que cafés avulsos sejam comunicados com antecedência.

Os quartos são ótimo, assim como todo o hotel. Parece ter sido reformado recentemente, tudo parece novo. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Os funcionários absolutamente cordiais e prestativos. Superou as expectativas. Não fico mais em outro hotel em Umuarama.

Hotel muito bom, ressalva apenas para o televisor.

O hotel é muito bom, o café da manha espetacular, chuveiro bom. Faria duas ressalvas, principalmente a do televisor, os led com pontos brancos na tela, a imagem bem ruim, difícil de assistir, televisor sendo necessário a troca. Outro ponto seria para as camas juntadas, nao geram tanto conforto. No geral o hotel é muito bom!

Não vale a pena, quarto com chave antiga, para a luz ficar acesa a chave tinha que ficar fora da fechadura. Muito barulho, banheiro pequeno, com a porta desalinhada. Cafe da manhã pobre, tudo industrializado, não vale a pena o valor da diária.
