Agriturismo Il Poggio, Casa Rosa with shared pool

High above Umbertide, with beautiful views over the town and the typically Umbrian valleys and hills, you will find the agriturismo il Poggio, with two villas for rent. Each has a private entrance and private garden, but shares the pool. The pool is 5 by 14 meters (depth is 1.40 meters) and is fenced.

One of the two villas is Casa Rosa, which consists of two apartments that sleep 9 in 5 bedrooms. One enters the ground-floor apartment in the big kitchen with an ample table, a sofa, and the kitchen corner (with oven, 4-pit gas hob, dishwasher, and lots of storage space and working space). Still, on the ground floor are the two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom with a bath and a shower in the bath. This ground-floor apartment is suitable for 4 guests.

The first floor has an outside staircase. One enters the kitchen with a sitting area. The kitchen is simple but well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, and 4-burner gas cooker. Three bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms are double, and the third is single. This apartment is suitable for 5 guests. There is a covered private terrace in the garden. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

The nearest town is Umbertide, which is almost literally down the hill and a 10-minute drive. There are shops and restaurants, and a nice market every Wednesday morning. Other distances: 50 minutes to the centre of Perugia or to Assisi, and Città di Castello is 30 minutes. Rome is 2.5 hours and Florence is a 2-hour drive.

There is a washing machine and a barbecue. The pizza oven is shared with the other villa. 
Two baby cots and two high chairs are available upon request.

The pool is open in June, July, August, and September.

The use of the heating is charged based on consumption: €6/m3.

Note that there may be a tourism tax to pay. Since 2013, the local authorities in Umbria have been able to ask for this tax, which is not included in the price.
