The villa sits on a fully fenced and lovingly maintained estate, offering privacy and peace, with the beach just a short walk away—ideal for romantic strolls by the sea or quiet mornings in the sun.

For relaxation and fun, there’s a heated pool, sun loungers, amenities for children, and nearby bike paths and nature activities that can turn your stay into an unforgettable adventure. Nestled in the heart of Istrian nature, among vineyards and olive groves, Villa Faro shines like a lighthouse—a spacious and tastefully decorated villa that offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends.

On the first floor of the house is a large living room that connects the fully equipped kitchen and dining room, with access to the sunny terrace. From the terrace, the view extends to the swimming pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and a play area—there are amenities that will delight the little ones, as well as anyone who enjoys outdoor fun. The villa has four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as an additional restroom.

In the basement of the villa, there is another spacious living room—perfect for evening gatherings with billiards or darts, but also serving as an additional sleeping area if needed.

The covered summer kitchen by the pool, equipped with a barbecue and a dining area, is particularly enchanting. Here, days easily turn into evenings amid the scents of local spices and the gentle crackling of the grill.

Situated in a quiet location, yet close to the sea, the villa is the perfect starting point for exploring magical places like Savudrija and its lighthouse, charming Umag, or picturesque Novigrad. Damage deposit: 300 EUR/stay, refunded on the day of departure.
Pool heating is included in the price. The pool is not in operation from November 1 to March 15.
