Also on this level, a fully equipped open kitchen provides everything needed for self-catering stays, including 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor is home to all 3 bedrooms, each appointed with a french bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and each benefiting from its own private shower and WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms to 3. The first bedroom on this floor enjoys access to a balcony and is fitted with air conditioning. The second bedroom also features air conditioning and its own shower and WC. The third bedroom, in addition to air conditioning and a private shower and WC, is further enhanced by a satellite TV and a flat screen television.
