****** FREE POOL ACCESS ******<br>Our newest creation: guests will enjoy a special stay thanks to the large picture window in the living area overlooking the infinity pool and the olive grove, plus a private patio beneath a large olive tree for meals surrounded by nature.<br><br>Ground-floor apartment with private entrance, fully air-conditioned, consisting of:<br><br>a cozy, bright living area with a large window, a modern, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and dining table;<br><br>1 bedroom (double bed) with bed linens and towels included;<br><br>1 bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer;<br><br>1 private patio shaded by a large olive tree, with outdoor table and chairs.<br><br>Amenities: flat-screen TV with satellite channels, refrigerator, dishes and kitchenware, microwave, dishwasher. The property also offers a complimentary barbecue (firewood and utensils included) and a shared washing machine for guests. Guests have free access to the infinity pool.<br><br>Capacity: up to 3 guests. Additional guests, if authorized, incur a surcharge.<br>Pets of any size are welcome for an additional fee.<br><br>The olive grove garden is available to all guests for picnics and for use of the shared outdoor dining areas.
