Situated in a sunny, quiet detached house with two other rental flats, this idyllic domicile on a 2000 sqm plot offers the ideal retreat - just a few steps from the centre and nearby beaches.
Inside, an air-conditioned and comfortable 40 m² flat on the second floor awaits you, designed with attention to detail. A spacious 15 m² bedroom with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables offers a heavenly night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle, washbasin with mirror, WC, washing machine and an outside window. The living area boasts a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a lounge corner with futon, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi internet connection. A furnished terrace invites you to relax outside.
Outside, a garden adorned with plants and flowers invites you to linger. A communal barbecue area is available for cosy dinners in the open air, while free parking next to the house guarantees maximum convenience.
