Spend relaxing holiday days in this cosy apartment in Zambratija near Umag, just about 50 metres from the beach. The holiday flat offers approximately 40 m² of space for up to 4 people and is particularly suitable for couples, small families or friends travelling together.



Please note two important points before booking: Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. This applies to dogs of any size as well. Should guests nevertheless arrive with a pet, admission of the guests may be refused or the stay may be terminated. A refund of the accommodation price already paid is not provided in this case.



Towels are not provided by the landlord and must be brought by the guests themselves. Please take this into account when planning your trip.



The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or guests travelling together. The open living and dining area with integrated kitchenette creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxing holiday days.



The kitchen is functionally equipped and features, among other things, a refrigerator, cooking utensils and crockery, so you can easily prepare small meals and snacks yourself.



A private balcony invites you to start the day with breakfast or a cup of coffee or to end the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The apartment does not offer a sea view, but rather a pleasant view of the garden and the green surroundings of the house.



For additional comfort, WiFi, air conditioning, central heating and a private parking space directly at the accommodation are available.



The location is particularly attractive. The nearest beach is only about 50 metres away and is easily accessible on foot. A supermarket is approximately 400 metres away, and you can reach the nearest bus stop after about 100 metres.



Zambratija is a pleasant base for a holiday on the Istrian coast. In addition to relaxing days by the sea, excursions to Umag and the surrounding coastal towns are possible. Walks, cycling tours and smaller exploration trips through Istria can also be easily undertaken from here.



This apartment is a good choice for guests who are looking for an uncomplicated accommodation in immediate proximity to the beach and at the same time appreciate a quiet, green environment. Please note before booking that no pets are permitted and no towels are provided.
