Cosy holiday apartment in Zambratija – just 50 metres from the sandy beach



This cosy 40 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 people and is ideal for couples, small families or friends travelling together who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Croatian coast.



Please note two important points before booking: Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. This also applies to dogs of any size. Should guests arrive with a pet anyway, admission can be refused or the stay can be terminated. A refund of the accommodation price already paid is not provided in this case.



Towels are not provided by the landlord and must be brought by guests themselves. Please take this into account when planning your trip.



The combined living and sleeping area is comfortably furnished and features a double sofa bed as well as two single beds. This provides practical sleeping options for up to four guests.



The kitchen is functionally equipped and features, among other things, a refrigerator, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils, so you can easily prepare smaller meals yourself. Air conditioning and central heating provide pleasant temperatures. WiFi and satellite TV are also available.



A private balcony invites you to relax and offers the opportunity to start the day with breakfast outdoors or to spend the evening cosily. A private car park is located directly at the accommodation.



The location is particularly attractive: the sandy beach is only about 50 metres away and can be reached in just a few steps. A bus stop is located approximately 100 metres from the accommodation, and a supermarket is around 400 metres away. This makes it easy to enjoy beach days as well as short excursions and errands.



Smoking is not permitted in the flat. Additional services may be subject to charges.



The holiday flat offers a pleasant combination of proximity to the beach, a quiet location and practical amenities, and is a good base for discovering Zambratija and the surrounding region. Please note before booking that no pets are allowed and no towels are provided.
