The apartment, suitable for small families with one child, is located on the ground floor of a family house and has a private entrance. The accommodation is situated in Umag's most popular tourist area and offers everything needed for a relaxing and pleasant holiday. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee. The sandy beach and bathing facilities can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. The accommodation features a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs.

The simply furnished apartment is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing vacation. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The living area features a sofa bed suitable for one child, a dining table with 3 chairs, free Wi-Fi internet access, and air conditioning. The equipped kitchen includes a stove with two gas burners, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine, and microwave oven. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cabin, toilet, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer, and an external window. Two bathroom towels per person are provided.

At the entrance of the apartment, there is a covered terrace furnished with a table and 4 chairs. Free parking is available in front of the house. Guests also have shared use of a tavern located in a nearby building, equipped with a barbecue, table, and chairs, where pleasant evenings can be spent in company.

The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, the supermarket is 500 m away, the restaurant 200 m away, and the seaside promenade 600 m away.

The apartment enjoys a privileged location near the famous ATP Tennis Center, where the renowned ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been held for many years. A children's playground is located close to the house.

Only 400 m away are the Sol Stella Maris Resort and the tourist train station. The tourist train travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and back.

During the ATP tennis tournament (17.07.–26.07.), noise may occur at night.

The area is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, while the beach can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The nearby beaches offer something for every preference: sandy, rocky, pebble beaches, fully equipped beaches, and beaches with the possibility of renting sun loungers and umbrellas. What makes these beaches unique is the beautiful Mediterranean vegetation along the coastline, which provides natural shade during the hottest hours of the day. To find your favorite beach, you only need to walk a few hundred meters, as the beach landscape changes continuously along the coast.

The nearest beach is 400 m away, the grocery store 500 m away, and the nearest restaurant 200 m away.

Near the apartment, there are several restaurants and pizzerias. The restaurant Da Lorenzo, approximately 900 m from the house, offers a wide selection of fish specialties, appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Just 400 m away is the tourist train station, where the train departs from the Katoro tourist resort and travels along the coast to the center of Umag and back.

The center of Umag is only 1.5 km away.

In the center of Umag, we recommend visiting the museum, aquarium, and cathedral. A walk along the famous Umag breakwater is highly recommended. Explore the narrow and charming streets of Umag's old town, visit the newly renovated square adorned with a fountain, enjoy shopping in the town's stores, or stroll along the seafront where market stalls and a children's playground provide entertainment for the whole family.

For larger grocery shopping, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the larger and more affordable supermarkets in Umag, such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine.

There are numerous leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can enjoy water skiing, diving, and boat rentals, the Jangalooz adventure park for children, and a mini-golf course near the Sol Stella Maris Resort, nightclubs, casinos, as well as various boat and bus excursions.

The area is rich in renowned restaurants, traditional eateries, pizzerias, fast-food outlets, and bars. Those wishing to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.

For days when the beach is not an option or for evening excursions, we recommend unforgettable trips into the Istrian hinterland. The picturesque artists' village of Grožnjan offers a beautiful terrace with magnificent views over the Mirna River Valley. Motovun, the typical medieval hilltop town, is famous for its film festival held annually at the end of July. Livade is known for its prized white truffles found in the nearby forests.

For astronomy enthusiasts who wish to admire the stars and the night sky, a visit to the Višnjan Observatory, located 30 km from Umag, can be arranged by appointment. Cave lovers should not miss the beautiful Baredine Cave, only 15 km from Umag. Be sure to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, located just 60 km from Umag.

Also worth visiting are the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park, which can also be visited through organized excursions.

Various boat excursions known as "Fish Picnic" tours are available, including fish or meat lunches, during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj, Poreč, or Novigrad. Many tourists also enjoy the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil.

For children, a visit to the Istralandia Water Park, located 20 km from Umag, and the Funtana Dino Park theme park is highly recommended. Fun is guaranteed for visitors of all ages.
