Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Horrible management

I did not book online checked for the availability was showing 5 rooms available when enquired he says all full I showed him it's available then he says suite is available I'll charge a premium to it and then says I'll give you another room in the evening as we needed 2 rooms. This conversation wasted my 1 hr had spoken to the manager complete non cooperative. These ppl don't understand the meaning of service industry 10 out of seven activities closed.
