Charming Apartment “Panorama Raffeinhof” with Lake View, Balcony, Terrace & Garden

The sunny "Panorama Apartment Raffein" is located 2 km above the village of St. Walburg in the beautiful Ulten Valley and is surrounded by a beautiful mountain world that you can enjoy in summer and winter. Spend the most beautiful days of the year in a place where you can simply let your soul dangle.

The special thing is the high-quality wooden furniture as well as the little things with a lot of love for detail, where you immediately feel at home. It consists of a spacious, very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wood-panelled living room with a sofa bed, 2 charming bedrooms in country house style, a bathroom with rain shower, a day toilet and an info corner, large balcony and thus offers space for up to 7 people.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, satellite TV, a baby cot (on request), and a table seat (on request). The highlight of the flat is the private mountain and sun terrace with sun loungers and lounge furniture overlooking the breathtaking mountain scenery as well as the lake. A covered dining area with barbecue facilities invites you to enjoy the warm summer evenings under the stars. Since we used to run a farm tavern and were awarded the "Best Farmhouse Cuisine of South Tyrol 2016" award, we offer a seasonal menu in the flat exclusively and only for our guests.

The skiing and hiking area Schwemmalm (mountain railway 5km) can be reached in a few minutes by car. From the flat you have several walking and hiking possibilities. Host Franz knows the Ulten Valley like the back of his hand and is very happy to advise our guests with the best hiking tips.

In the village you will find several shops, a pharmacy, a bakery and a butcher. The bus stop is directly in the village (2km).

The beautiful spa town of Merano is not far from us (25 km) to make an excursion to the Trauttmansdorff Castle, the most beautiful gardens in Europe and the traces of Sissi.
