This is a nice property with good facilities. Our room on an upper floor had a great view of the city. But the staff here has an attitude problem. During our short stay the front desk staff was consistently aloof and unfriendly. They were all certainly attractive, but we left thinking that must be the only criterion for hiring. I've traveled extensively in S. Korea and have always been treated with respect, politeness and warmth. Not here. Seems that it's a training issue at this property. Clerks at a hotel front desk, realisticly, are not in a position to feel superior to the guests they are there to serve; yet that is the attitude the staff projects. Won't be back nor recommending this property.

Don’t be deceived by the name “Lotte”. This is a motel and at most 2 stars. Dirty, outdated, smelled like someone smoked in the room, uncomfortable bed and pillows, and plenty more problems to list but will stop here. Will never return.

I had a pleasant stay overall - rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and the amenities were good. However, there was no dedicated space for drop-offs on check-in, which made arrival and departure a bit stressful, especially with luggage. Two buses occupied the whole space.

Good location, Clean condition. But there were some issues. 1. There were no spoons for beverage. You should secure spare amount. 2. Car park‘s always full whenever I visit. Even the alternatives are close to the hotel, It‘s kind of hassle.
