Proprietario gentile e disponibile. Posizione centralissima con parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze (50 metri). Uniche pecche l'assenza di ascensore (importante per chi come me aveva l'appartamento all'ultimo piano) e di aria condizionata. Nel complesso molto buono.
