Upstairs features the main living space with an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, complete with a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. Step out onto the rear balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or evening BBQ in the coastal breeze.

With three bedrooms, each fitted with ceiling fans, there's plenty of space for family or friends. Downstairs, a separate rumpus room with a couch, TV, and a single bed provides the perfect spot for the kids to unwind, or for a second living and sleeping space to spread out.

The property includes a bathroom upstairs, and a combined bathroom and laundry downstairs for added convenience. Out the back, a fire pit creates a cosy spot to gather and enjoy evenings under the stars. Please note, the backyard is not fully fenced.

Wi-Fi is also available to keep you connected during your stay.
