Pet friendly property in the heart of Mollymook Beach, neat and tidy three bedroom holiday house perfect for a South Coast Getaway, with the kids and furry friend. Centrally located with all the essentials just down the road, Bannisters Pavillion Rooftop Bar & Grill, Tallwood Shopping Centre which includes; Mollymook IGA, BWS, Dolphins Take-Away, Mint Pizza, Gwylo Restaurant, Health Sense Pharmacy & Newsagency, and a short stroll to North End Mollymook Beach.

The property has a separate kitchen with breakfast area, combined lounge & dining, three way bathroom, sunroom, BBQ, Air-Conditioning (in Lounge room) fully fenced property. Pets are allowed, but must stay outside at all times & Pet waste must be collected prior to vacating. Linen is supplied, please bring your own beach towels.

Please Note -

- The fire place is ornamental only and is not for guest use.

- Linen and towels are provided for you stay, just be sure to pack your own beach towels

- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
