El Celler, with 120m2, is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. It accommodates 8 guests in three bedrooms.

This authentic farmhouse conserves its rustic charm with typical Catalan stone vaults.

Upon entering, we found a hall, open to a large dining, which can fit about 25 people.

To the right of the entrance, we find a quadruple room with bunk beds. At the bottom, a double room with queen bed and bathroom.

To the left of the entrance, we find the modern fully equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you access to the spacious and cozy living room. Then we find a large bathroom and a second double bedroom with queen bed.





Situated in UllĂĄ, region of Girona in Baix Emporda.Girona is 34 km from the accommodation, the best beaches of L'Escala, Empories and San Pera Pescador only approx 10 km from the property, while Platja d'Aro is 37 km away.The nearest airport is Girona-Costa Brava Airport, 33 km from Can Pericot.The closest touristic city is L'Escala with nice beaches which is located in only 10 min drive from the Can Pericot. There are a lot of activities like diving, snorkeling, sea walks and good restaurants.

Also you can go to Medes Islands which are also in 10 min drive from the houses. The archipelago of the Medes islands, situated approximately one kilometre from the L'Estartit coast, is the only marine reserve in the country.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantasticas en Can Pericot . Esta excelentemente ubicado, es muy espacioso, nuevo y muy tranquilo para ir con la famĂ­lia. Y estuvimos muy bien atendidos por sus propietarios. Un alojamiento muy recomendable. Repetiremos seguro!!

Vem passar un cap de setmana en família genial. La casa on estavem allotjats era el Celler i molt bé, l'estructura molt maca, tota de pedra, s'estava super fresc i la piscina una passada! Poble molt tranquil, a poquíssims kilometres de la platja. La Gloria, la noia que ens va rebre molt agradable, atenta i disponibilitat total per qualsevol cosa. Moltes gràcies!!!! DAVID

La segona setmana d'agost vam estar a Can Pericot amb els nens i els avis. La veritat Ă©s que l'estada en aquesta casa va ser molt i molt agradable. EstĂ  ubicada en un poble molt tranquil perĂČ a prop de les diferents platges i/o pobles de la zona interessants de visitar. La GlĂČria, ens va tractar molt i molt bĂ©, sempre pendent que tot estiguĂ©s al nostre gust. Ens vam allotjar al GRANER. Cal dir que Ă©s una casa molt bonica, acollidora, i amb tots els serveis necessaris. La nostra estada va ser GENIAL i de ben segur que repetirem. MOLTES GRÀCIES GLÒRIA, PEL TRACTE REBUT. Un cap de setmana perfecte

Hem estat el cap de setmana de Tots Sants a la Casa dels Avis, la casa es preciosa, tot esta molt net i el tracte amb la propietaria ha sigut magnĂ­fic. Es una casa restaurada amb molt de gust i on t'hi trobes com a casa. Ideal per a fer excursions per tot l'entorn de l'Emporda i la Costa Brava Hi hem anat 2 familĂ­es amb un total de 5 nens, perfecte l'habitaciĂł amb lliteres!

un lugar ideal

Estuvimos 5 días perfectamente alojados en uno de los apartamentos de esta magnífica casa . Desde el primer momento el trato con Alicia , que es quien gestiona la casa fue de un diez ya que nos facilito todo y con mucha amabilidad . Los niños disfrutaron de la piscina y nosotros podíamos estar tranquilos en la terraza . Situada en un pueblo que queda muy céntrico para poder ir a muchos pueblos y playas del Empordà . La casa muy amplia , decorada con mucho gusto para ser muy acogedora, con mucha luz , bueno para nosotros ha estado perfecta . Si podemos repetiremos y sobretodo la recomendaremos

Hem passat una setmana a la Casa dels Avis de Can Pericot i la veritat Ă©s que ens resulta impossible trobar-hi cap inconvenient. La casa impecable (neta, ben equipada, decorada amb gust...), el poble molt tranquil i agradable i la propietĂ ria encantadora. De ben segur que hi tornarem!
