Breakfast is quite nice. Staff could be more helpful (only some can speak English), namely for information about the city and tours around UB. It was a nice stay nevertheless.

We stay at Room W215, no air conditioner in this room. The room is tiny, hardly spaces to move around for 2 persons. The bathroom is very very tight, only one person can stand inside. Your nose almost touch the door when you sit on the tolit and close the door.

Friendly helpful staff, good sized rooms, breakfasr is pretty reasonable. The Japanese bath house is great. It is about 20 minutes walk to the city centre, i always felt safe even at night but look out for loose paving etc. There is a big supermarket less than 5 minutes away which is helpful

Great hotel in Ulaanbaatar

Flower hotel is located outside the city center; however, there are shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The area surrounding this hotel is safe and quiet. The room I stayed is small, but it is clean and its amenities are in good condition. The hotel staff is polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. I highly recommend this hotel to those who plan to visit Ulaanbaatar.
