The central location offers excellent shopping, as well as bus, train, doctor, pharmacy, and bank all nearby. Lake Constance is 1.5 km away—about a 20-minute walk through the nature reserve along a scenic path by the Aach. Here you’ll find the free natural bathing beach with lawn, the pile-dwelling village, the boat dock to Mainau Island, and the reptile house. Shops and bus/train stops are 5 to 10 minutes away.
