Outside, there are large expanses of green meadows and a lovely view from the covered terrace overlooking the mountains of the inland Basque Country. Working farms are nearby (including the owner's farm, which you are welcome to visit – sheep and cows). Ground floor: Kitchen area (induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and microwave). Large living room/lounge (TV, fiber optic internet - Wi-Fi, stereo system - DVD player), 1 bedroom (1 double bed). Shower room/WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom/WC. Mezzanine (relaxation area). Covered terrace (beautiful panoramic views). Enclosed (sloping) garden, garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers. Bed linen and towels can be rented, and bicycles are available for loan. Baby equipment is available upon request. Heating (reversible air conditioning in the living room) is available at an extra charge. Numerous hiking trails are nearby (including the Way of St. James). Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port and Saint-Palais are worth exploring.
