Villetta Pazze sea view - Salento Reservation is a villa on the first floor, completely renovated and is an authentic corner of paradise directly overlooking the crystal clear waters of Torre San Giovanni, one of the most suggestive gems of Salento.
The house is a perfect balance between modern comfort and Mediterranean atmosphere. The three bedrooms, all air conditioned, are designed to offer maximum relaxation: two cozy double bedrooms, each enriched by a single bed to ensure versatility and space, and a double room perfect for guests or children. The two bathrooms, refined and functional, also include a convenient en suite solution to ensure privacy and comfort.
The heart of the villa is the large bright living room, which elegantly opens onto the veranda. Here, every detail is designed to fully enjoy the house: the dining table accommodates long breakfasts or dinners, while the fully equipped and modern kitchen invites you to convivial and relaxed moments.
Outside, two verandas offer distinct but equally fascinating environments: the one on the back, more private, is ideal for moments of reading or quiet dinners; the one on the front, on the other hand, offers a breathtaking sea view, perfect for aperitifs at sunset or breakfasts caressed by the sea breeze.
This villa is not only a place to stay, but an authentic experience of Salento, where every day begins with the blue of the sea before your eyes and ends with the golden light of the sunset on the coast.
In the structure, every detail is taken care of down to the smallest detail and nothing is left to chance: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, electric barbecue, coffee machine, outdoor shower, fans and free street parking.
N.B.: The cost of cleaning includes the set of sheets and towels, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, check-in/check-out.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and subject to acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
