The property is divided into two adjacent twin units, each with its own fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms—two with double beds and two with bunk beds. There is also an additional bed available in a small cot.

Outside, the villa offers a shaded relaxation area with table and chairs, spacious natural surroundings, and private parking. The beaches are accessible on foot or in just one minute by car.

Check-in time: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out time: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated time slots, upon guest request and subject to approval, an additional fee applies:

Check-in between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM: extra fee of €30.00

Check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight: extra fee of €50.00

Check-in between midnight and 7:00 AM: extra fee of €100.00

Early check-out, upon guest request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM: extra fee of €30.00
