Dear Guests, our house is located in a quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac in Übersee on Lake Chiemsee. The vacation apartment, which has been completely renovated to improve energy efficiency, is located on the first floor of our building. Comfortably and luxuriously appointed, it features modern furnishings made of solid wild oak and two large balconies facing east and west. With 100 square meters of space, there are plenty of places to relax.
Children are very welcome here.
Various nearby attractions are easily accessible.
Our vacation rental opened in July 2022 and is available for booking year-round.

Our vacation rental has undergone a complete energy-efficiency renovation and is located on the first floor/attic level. It is high-quality and comfortably furnished with modern solid wild oak furniture. With 100 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for 1–4 people. Children are very welcome here (crib and high chair provided free of charge). Underfloor heating throughout the upper floor. Towels and shower towels are provided for your use.
East-facing bedroom: 1 double bed, closet, electric exterior blind, insect screen, skylight with blackout blind, dresser, balcony with seating, smoke detector, 2nd TV.
West-facing bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, electric exterior roller shade, insect screen, smoke detector.
