Hello! Our house is located in the southern part of Übersee. Enjoy the view of the Chiemgau Mountains from the south-facing balcony! Our house is very family-friendly, and there’s a playground nearby. It’s a central hub for excursions in the region, whether by bike or car.
The very well-maintained and tastefully furnished apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a cozy, spacious living room with a sofa set and TV. The well-equipped built-in kitchen and dining table set are integrated into the living room. The vacation apartment is located above the garage and features a separate entrance and a coat closet; it’s ideal for families, with various amenities for children providing all the necessary comfort. From the covered south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy views of the Chiemgau Mountains.

Superschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren total begeistert! Die ganze Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Bad und Küche sind ganz neu, was natürlich auch sehr angenehm ist. Durch eine Fußbodenheizung ist es im Wohnraum immer angenehm warm und total gemütlich. Man ist ganz für sich, weil man durch einen separaten Eingang in die Wohnung geht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und An- und Abreise verliefen absolut einfach. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, perfekt zum Entspannen. Alles was man braucht ist in 2 Minuten Fahrt erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert 👌👍
