The house and garden are available for your exclusive use. A carport for one car is provided; alternatively, you can park in front of the house.
The wooden house offers 90 square meters of living space. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The living area opens onto the large east-south-facing terrace and the garden. There are two bedrooms: one is furnished with a 180 cm x 200 cm box-spring bed, and the other with two 90 cm x 200 cm solid wood single beds. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a separate guest restroom.
