A bright 65-square-meter apartment, ideal for 4 people, located on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view of the city. We’re in a strategic location, easily accessible and close to numerous services, shops, and restaurants, making daily life convenient and pleasant.



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, moka pot, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, split A/C, and access to the balcony;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, dresser, and closet;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY with a small table and two chairs.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the living room), washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Trieste Aeroporto station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to the Udine station, from where you can continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.



- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment via several bus lines (2/4/5/6/10/11) that stop at UDINE via Marco Volpe 7 (Piazzale 26 Lug
