A cozy 54-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator in the heart of Udine. The location is excellent and very central, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the sights of this Friulian city. Just a short walk away are the Castle, Piazza della Libertà, and the Cathedral. We’re on Via Canciani, one of Udine’s main downtown and shopping streets. The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities to make your stay unforgettable!<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, split A/C, and Smart TV;<br><br>- BEDROOM with double bed, closet, and split A/C;<br><br>- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the bedroom), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The entrance hallway to the apartments is shared with other guests.
