Place was extremely hot, filled with bugs & bed was covered foreign objects. Syrup & food from previous clients was in fridge. Cameras on entrance views inside kitchen which invades privacy. Two cameras near pool invades privacy. Initial door has the inside wood lock removed cant prevent them from entering. Unsafe for client. Bugs enter everywhere ants, geico, flies are everywhere everyday cant prevent them. Its very outdated huge place they lock the other section of the vila because it “wasnt booked” when i booked the whole villa. They are filled with excuses the manager every time i spoke to him had a million excuses on the phone. So unorganized. We had farmers walk all the way up to the glass by our pool looking into the pool i had to shoo him away. We are muslim and wanted privacy for my wife to enjoy the out doors. This place lacked the “private” part in the private villa title. Place is huge & can be much better with proper staffing & cleaning the area & maybe making sure that the doors when closed nothing enters. This place can be a million times better. Update furniture, pool & outside is beautiful. Its unfortunate we spent so much money for a low quality service. We wont be recommending the place what so ever. We felt so invaded they had to cover the cameras & kitchen window & lock etc. i came home to have them by me till 12 am instead of relaxing so embarasing for a honeymoon infront of my wife.
