One of the cups in the room for coffee had been used and put back. There was no coffee or tea with the cups. The washroom had a small ledge all the way around covered in dust and dirt. The shower head leaked because it was put together without a seal. The garden in the hotel felt like it wasn’t looked after but it certainly was nice. I liked the restaurant as well except for the person bashing something on the table in the kitchen. I would stay here again because it’s a great location. Close to karaoke, food and the art museum.

Value for money

The room was very spacious - plenty of space to move around. The bathroom needs renovation - bathtub was really dirty; no rails to hang towel/clothes, no shower curtain. Staff was very helpful. The bar that is attached to the hotel is a fun place with live band on Fridays. The hotel is located in an bustling part of Ubud that allows for easy access to restaurants, bars and spas.

気分が悪くなる対応でした

デラックスルームは酷く古い。バスタブも汚くとても溜めて入れる状態じゃなかった。部屋は広いけどタオルもシミだらけだしほつれだらけ。 新しい塔に変えてもらったらそちらはタオルも綺麗で快適。 プラスして朝食付きにしたのに無いと言われて、併設のレストランでお金払って食べてくれと言われた。 ホテルズドットコムに連絡しようにもわからず諦めた。 すごく気分が悪くなりました。 写メは変えてもらった部屋のものです。最初の部屋は写メも撮りたくなかったです。 スタッフの1人はすごく陰険な感じでした。
