They have 3 villas. Be mindful that it's more like a private house. I had trouble finding the location, the address in Bali is not as exact as I anticipated, so I kind of had to guess the closest landmark when I booked a transport. It is kind of out of nowhere, so I spent 3 days of tranquility. The villa is beautiful, nicely maintained, you have a full kitchen so I could cook from my own grocery. Some negatives: it was often challenging to book transports to go somewhere. I managed to find a gym nearby which is not walkable. Restaurant options are limited, so I had to drive out to near Ubud centre. But during 3 days, I got used to some local areas, so I didn't have any issues later. Hot water always runs out, so hard to enjoy the bath. Although the place is clean, Towels are not changed, they often miss emptying rubbish bins, or clean bedside tables.
