Poor communication from the unfriendly staff. We didn't get informed the stairs walking upstairs and down stairs are full of bird poos in the night and morning, my dad fall of from the stairs in the morning, luckily he didn't get serious injuries. After that my dad helped to clean the stairs with some towels, after all of that the hotel try to charge me the use of the towels today! We also met grumpy staff when we chick in, she wasn't very patient when we had one extra guests than the original booking. Overall beautiful place to stay unfortunately staff need to be better communication and more friendly to guests.

Awesome place

Absolutely loved this hotel, it’s a tranquil oasis! The garden/pool area is beautiful and the room was great. It’s in a quieter part of town which we saw as a bonus, at the end of a street with plenty of options for bar/restaurant. The staff were very warm and friendly, would recommend 👍
