This hotel is something else. The breathtaking views and tranquility are something to be cherished here. The staff were absolutely amazing. Drink options were plentiful. Food was delicious. Spa was truly an oasis. We will 100% be coming back to this hotel. The only thing we noticed was when booking day trips / tours a lot of the companies would not do pick up’s at the hotel so we kept having to change our plan for day outings however that small downfall was the only thing. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

A great stay. The room adjacent to the pool downstairs was great, the food at the restaurant outstanding. It’s a great resort and thanks to the buggies always available to transport us around the resort we had a very comfortable stay. The spa is also great . The free hotel shuttle to ubud is good but could offer an earlier pick up for those wanting to return to the resort in the early afternoon. Set in the jungle it’s a great resort for relaxation , highly recommended with exceptional service by the lovely staff.

The bed linings on this facility is nasty, the pillow protector smell of previous visistor's sweat. They should have use freshener for bed linen. Smell gross. Otherwise very nice surrounding, and staffs.

We recently spent a week in a pool villa at Ayung Resort and had an incredible time. The location is breathtaking, nestled right in the jungle, and we were thrilled to see monkeys and other wildlife right from our room. We were particularly impressed with the staff and the high level of service. The food was delicious and the spa was a wonderful, relaxing experience. Although some of the facilities are a little dated and could use some maintenance, this didn't detract from our stay. Overall, it was a very good experience and we left feeling completely rejuvenated

Hotel is built in a jungle setting. The rooms require refurbishment eg the doors and walls require varnishing and repainting. Things like toilets, shower need to go through a replacement program. The gym is very very old and doesn't invite you to spend time in it. Our shower drain was blocked and they couldn't do anything about it. However the setting and staff are the best we've ever experienced!

The resort is absolutely incredible! The food, facilities, pools, views, staff, breakfast, spa, activities are all 10/10! Really amazing and peaceful! The only thing I would say is that it is quite far from the town, 30mins drive. So its not as easy to just go out and walk around, unless you like rural Ubud. If you wanted to go shopping, it is a bit far away, and getting gojek transport to and from is quite difficult, took us a while. But to be honest, you could spend a whole week just in the resort, its that good. We did not really go out much!
