Clean room, the breakfast is good. The safe in my room wasn't working. I asked to have it fixed; a staff member came by, but he didn't resolve the issue, so I remained without a working safe. As for the restaurant located within the building, the cook is terrible. I ordered the most expensive dish—risotto with filet mignon—and everything was bad: the risotto had an overpowering flavor, and the filet was completely tough and cooked well-done. In the end, I didn't eat the meat; I complained, but they showed absolutely no courtesy toward the customer. There was a singer, and they charged me a cover fee without warning me when I arrived at the restaurant. I do not recommend the restaurant.

First of all! Once I got there the concierge looked at me up and down, like I was nobody. Polite at certain point but Didn’t smile at all. I asked for a downtown view he just put me to look back at the city. I paid for a 1 king bed and the room was with 2 single beds.. I complained and they said I had to wait to connect the beds. after 12 hours flying tired. That wasn’t all, I went to the shower and they had no shampoo and conditioner. The bottles was empty.. I got late on my appointment because of all that inconvenience. Seems like they don’t care about guest if you’re not wearing a suit, also because they’re in a good spot! Really disappointed and I paid to much money for that room. 0 stars

Fiquei hospedada na torre 2 unidade 1416. Os problemas detectado a foram: 1) falha na clareza do site no ato da reserva. Pensei estar reservando um apartamento no mesmo formato do apto 1419 ao qual costumo me hospedar. Chegando lá ele era inferior pelo mesmo valor. Me contrariou bastante 2) a ducha higiênica do lavabo estava com vazamento. 3) as luzes do teto do lavabo estavam queimadas. 4) a fechadura digital da porta desmagnetizava a chave a cada uso, de todos os hóspedes (éramos eu, meu marido e minha filha) Sou sempre muito satisfeita com este hotel. Esta foi a primeiras vez que tivemos estes contra-tempos. Estou registrando para que possam ter conhecimento e providenciar melhorias para que outros hóspedes não tenho uma má impressão do hotel que sempre nos atende muito bem.
