O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, mas ele deixa a desejar um pouco por ser muito velho. No quarto que eu fiquei o cofre não funcionava e o ar condicionado era bem barulhento. O prédio em frente (Tamareiras Prime) deve ser melhor, mas não encontrei no expedia.

Bom hotel mas precisa atualizar

Atendimento e simpatia dos funcionários é o ponto forte do hotel. Porém o mesmo necessita urgentemente de uma reforma ou atualização. As instalações são bem antigas o que deixa q experiência um tanto quanto prejudicada. A falta de uma tv smart por exemplo, sem contar com itens soltos como ralos do banheiro por exemplo. Alem da minha chave ter quebrado na portq do quarto, mas que foi prontamente resolvido pela recepção. No geral, um bom hotel!
