Pleasant and helpful staff, clean rooms and other amenities. Good breakfast. Servers at the beach was definately a plus but orders were too slow to aarive. The property itself could use an update, or at least receive the proper maintenance on a regular basis, specially the driveway going into the hotel which is in terrible shape.

Secluded location on nice section of beach

Excellent service, especially Simon in the restaurant and other beach service staff. They are the hardest workers I have ever seen. Decent hotel on "quieter" section of beach. Good breakfast. Ok dinners. Good sized rooms with really cold air con. Bed pillows like rocks, though.

Beautiful location and near private secluded beach

We loved our 3 days here. Excellent friendly service staff and upgraded room with super view of the Ubatuba beaches. Short path walk to a very nice secluded beach with drink service from the pool bar. Good restaurant and short drive to town for other options. Would definitely return.

O quarto era espaçoso , Mas não tem onde secar as roupas molhadas vindas da praia. Sugiro instalação de varal no banheiro Em relação ao restaurante . O gerente é muito grosseiro . Da a impressão que ele não dá nenhuma importância se você come lá ou não . As comidas demoram mais de 1 hora para serem servidas. As vezes vem até fria . Os funcionários do restaurante são atenciosos e se desdobram para tentar trazer as comidas. Acredito que não há gente suficiente na cozinha para atender a demanda . Porções na praia demoram mais de 1:40 para chegar. O que compensa no hotel é o atendimento da recepção . Emprestam toalhas de banho mesmo para usar em outras praias . O restaurante empresta talheres e pratos para comer no quarto alimentos pedidos por aplicativos . O serviço de praia é ótimo Guarda Sol e cadeiras boas . Praia é acessada por uma escada . Super perto da piscina . Atividades com crianças o dia todo , Para família o hotel é perfeito !!

Falta estrutura e modernização

O atendimento é impecável. Porém pelo valor pago, esperávamos um quarto mais moderno, e um hotel tmb mais modernizado. O restaurante deixa muito a desejar, no quesito preço e opções. Café da manhã nada excepcional. Ubatuba por ser uma cidade que chove mto ou faz tempo fechado, a piscina precisa urgentemente ser aquecida, para o hóspede ter opção de lazer. Eu mesma nem na piscina entrei pq estava um tempo de nublado e a água estava mto gelada. Conclusão não tinha nada a fazer no recinto do hotel.

Primeira vez que me decepciono bastante ao reservar um hotel pelo hoteis.com. Hotel muito velho, quarto com infiltrações, travesseiros velhos, chuveiro ruim, limpeza deixa a desejar. As fotos divulgadas no momento da reserva nao condizem com a realidade. Café da manhã bom, a praia onde está localizado o hotel é excelente e relativamente tranquila, as áreas comuns razoavelmente conservadas, a piscina limpa, mas os quartos, uma grande decepção. Não vale o valor que cobra.
