A estadia infelizmente não pôde ser realizada conforme o planejado, pois um dos hóspedes apresentou, no próprio dia do check-in, um quadro grave e inesperado de ansiedade e pânico, o que tornou necessária a saída imediata. Embora a situação tenha sido explicada, não houve flexibilidade ou sensibilidade por parte do hotel diante de uma circunstância claramente excepcional e relacionada à saúde. Entendo a existência de políticas internas, porém acredito que momentos como esse poderiam ser tratados com maior empatia.

O banheiro é péssimo, vaso sanitário solto e box todo velho caindo em vc enquanto toma banho em um chuveiro que pinga água e o local do café da manhã muito quente e abafado vc não fica muito tempo pq é extremamente quente. As camass e troca de toalhas ok. Ficamos por 4 dias e nesses dias foram trocadas as toalhas e estendidos os lençóis o banheiro não é lavado apenas passado pano q não é bom p um banheiro que o box está aos pedaços e a portaa não fecha (Banheiro)e a hidro tb estava as moscas sem funcionar. PISCINA OK

A localização é boa, a estrutura do hotel também, mas peca muito na limpeza. Lençóis velhos(estavam até transparentes), banheiro com cabelo nos cantos, sujeira no chão. A limpeza geral do hotel está pecando, até na hora do café da manhã encontramos pratos sujos, pouca variedade e sem nada tampando a maioria das coisas, havia mosquitos em cima

Pousada aconchegante. Fomos em família, eu, esposa e filho de 2 anos. Quarto bem limpo, cheiroso, cama confortável, roupas de banho e cama limpos e cheirosos. Café da manhã incrível com várias opções. A pousada e quarto é o que vemos na foto, bem localizado, perto da praia da enseada, acesso a pousada e praia fácil. Estacionamento seguro. Meninas da recepção atenciosas. Serviço de limpeza de quarto maravilhoso.
