The house has 4 suites on the ground floor, living room with two environments, American kitchen and toilet. Mezzanine with cinema space with smart TV and bench for studies or work. Swimming pool and jacuzzi with large teak deck connected to the veranda that wraps around the house. Even side of the beach with more tranquility, PERFECT for families. * PET are not allowed. Nor do big parties with loud music.
